Free Form Payer Entry

The XPV Free Form Payer Entry screen is only available for immediate payments.  It allows the entry of demographic data for a payer who is not included as an eligible payer within the TCS database.  Access to this screen is configurable at the time that PVI is installed; it may be enabled or disabled by request of agency management.

Since there may be legal concerns about privacy (i.e. HIPAA) if letters are sent to non-privileged parties, and since notification letters are an integral part of PVI’s future payment processing, the Free Form Payers Entry screen is not available for future payment plans.
