PVI Reference Manual – XPV Window

The XPV window is an extension to TCS’s Collector Screen, invoked by entering XPV at the CMD prompt.

Prior to entering the XPV window, if there are any pre-existing PVI future payment plans for the current debtor account, or for any other members of its packet, a warning message is displayed showing the aggregate sums of the planned payments and the balances due. On receiving this warning, the agent must enter “Y” to continue to the Menu.
